These Terms & Conditions apply when you use crystalclean30a.com or the cleaning services of Crystal Cleaning Service 30 A LLC, doing business as Crystal Clean 30A (“Crystal Clean 30A,” “we” or “us”). By using our website or services, you agree to them.
Quotes and services
Our instant quote is worked out from the details you give us and public county records. What's included in each clean, our prices, extras, cancellations and other policies are set out in our Services & Pricing sheet, which you agree to when you ask for a quote.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. When you save a card on file, you allow us to charge it for each cleaning once it's done, plus any extras you asked for, as described in our Services & Pricing sheet. We send a receipt for every payment.
SMS Terms
Owners who opt in, by ticking the box on our quote form or by telling us, receive text messages from Crystal Clean 30A about walkthrough appointments, cleaning schedules, card-on-file links and payment receipts.

- Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of service.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
