+How is my price worked out?
From your home's square footage. Enter the address on the instant quote page and we'll fill in the square footage from county records, or you can type it in. Your quote shows the cleaning, the laundry (if you want it) and the total.
+Why is the laundry price an estimate?
Linens vary a lot from home to home. Your quote includes an estimate based on square footage; the final laundry price is by weight, after the first visit.
+Do you do same-day turnovers?
Yes. That's most of what we do: the clean happens between guest check-out and the next check-in.
+Do I need to be there?
No. Most owners we clean for live out of town. We keep your door code or lockbox details on file, and send photos when the clean is done.
+What if something is broken or running low?
We report damage, missing items and low supplies to you after every clean, so you can fix or restock before the next guest arrives.
+Do you work with property managers?
Yes. We work with owners and with managers, including owners and managers with several homes.
+What about errands, vendor visits or a mid-stay emergency?
We can help with all of those. They're billed by trip and time, and every price is listed on our Services & Pricing sheet.
+Are you insured?
Yes. We're licensed and insured, with $1 million in liability coverage.
+How do I pay?
A card on file. You save it when you accept your quote, and it's charged after each clean, with a receipt by email. Debit cards have no processing fee.

The 30A beach towns from Dune Allen to Inlet Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, Point Washington, Miramar Beach, Sandestin, Panama City Beach and Laguna Beach.
