This Privacy Policy explains how Crystal Cleaning Service 30 A LLC, doing business as Crystal Clean 30A (“Crystal Clean 30A,” “we” or “us”) collects, uses and protects information about you when you use crystalclean30a.com, ask for a quote, or use our cleaning services.
Information we collect
- Your name, email address and mobile number.
- Property addresses and details, such as the type and size of the home, bedrooms and bathrooms, how often it needs cleaning, which rental sites it's listed on, and any notes you give us. To check a home's size, we look up the county's public property records.
- Payment information. Cards are entered on Stripe's secure pages and handled by Stripe. We never see or keep your full card number; we only see the card type, its last four digits and your payment history.
- Whether you agreed to receive text messages, and when.
- Basic information about how visitors use our website (pages viewed, device and browser), through Google Analytics cookies.
How we use your information
- To give you a quote.
- To schedule walkthroughs and cleanings.
- To send service texts and emails: appointment details, cleaning schedules, card-on-file links, payment receipts and answers to your questions.
- To take payments for cleanings through Stripe.
- To keep records of the work we do for you and to improve our website and service.
Text messages
We only send text messages to people who agree to receive them, by ticking the box on our quote form or by telling us. Texts are about walkthrough appointments, cleaning schedules, card-on-file links and payment receipts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of service.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your mobile number and your text message consent are never shared with anyone for their own marketing.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the companies that help us run our business, and only so they can do that work for us: Stripe (payments), Twilio (text messages), SendGrid (email), Supabase (our database) and Vercel (website hosting), and Google Analytics (website visits). We may also share information if the law requires it.
How we protect and keep it
Your information is stored with secure service providers and only Beatrix and the people who help run Crystal Clean 30A can see it. We keep it while you're a client and as long as we need it for our records, taxes and the law.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop text messages. Reply START to turn them back on.
- Email or call us to see, correct or delete the information we have about you.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Children
Our services are for property owners and managers. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page with a new date. Our Terms & Conditions also apply when you use our website and services.
